Our mission
We believe the knowledge locked inside your team's heads should be effortless to share. Loopyback captures a workflow the moment you perform it and turns each click into a clear, step-by-step guide — screenshots, descriptions and all. No more blank pages, no more outdated wikis. Our mission is to make documentation something you get for free, so every team can onboard faster, answer questions once, and spend their time building instead of writing. (And to clear up a common mix-up: Loopyback is not related to LoopBack, the open-source Node.js API framework.)

Loopyback is built in Limburg, Belgium, and hosted in the European Union. Being a European company is not a marketing line for us, it shapes the product. Your data stays in the EU, privacy is handled by default, and we build for teams that care where their information lives. From a small Belgian base we help teams across Europe and beyond document their work with less friction.
