Cookie Policy
What Loopyback stores in your browser, and why.
Last updated: July 2026
The short version
Loopyback uses storage that is strictly necessary to run the Service (keeping you signed in and remembering your preferences), plus optional analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. Analytics stays off until you accept it in our cookie banner. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or social media pixels.
What we store
- Authentication session — a token that keeps you signed in to your workspace. Stored until you sign out or it expires.
- Preferences — settings such as your language and workspace choices, stored locally in your browser so the app remembers them between visits.
- Draft content — guides you are working on may be cached locally so you do not lose work if your connection drops.
Third-party services
When you pay for a subscription you are redirected to Stripe, our payment processor, which sets its own cookies on its checkout pages for fraud prevention and to process your payment. Those cookies are governed by Stripe’s privacy policy. Signing in with Google or Microsoft happens on their own pages, subject to their policies.
Managing storage
You can clear cookies and site data at any time in your browser settings. Doing so signs you out and resets your local preferences, but does not delete your account or your guides, which are stored in your workspace.
Changes & contact
If we ever introduce non-essential cookies (for example, analytics), we will update this policy and ask for your consent first where required. Questions? Contact privacy@loopyback.com.
