Click through the workflow once. Loopyback builds the step-by-step guide with screenshots.
Copy the embed code
Open Share, go to the Embed tab, and copy the iframe snippet.
Paste it in your tool
Drop it into SharePoint, Confluence, Notion or your intranet. The guide stays live and updates when you re-capture.

Integration questions
Do you have a SharePoint integration?
Yes, through embedding. Add an Embed web part to a SharePoint page and paste the guide's embed code, and the live guide appears inside SharePoint. You can also export to PDF and store it in a document library.
Can I embed a guide in Confluence or Notion?
Yes. In Confluence use the Iframe or HTML macro; in Notion paste the link and choose Embed. Or export Markdown, which pastes cleanly into both.
Will the embedded guide stay up to date?
The embed points to your live guide, so when you re-capture a workflow the embedded version reflects the change automatically. No re-pasting.
